Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Communications Manager to join our team in Italy. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing our global marketing strategy, managing our brand identity, and driving business results worldwide.

Key Responsibilities

  • Brand Management: Develop and implement our brand strategy, ensuring consistent brand messaging and visual identity across all touchpoints.
  • Market Research: Conduct market research to identify consumer trends and preferences, informing our marketing strategy and product development.
  • Global Communications Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive global communications strategy, including media and PR planning, content creation, and campaign execution.
  • Content Strategy: Develop and implement a content strategy that showcases our brand story, products, and values, engaging our target audience and driving business results.
  • Media and PR Planning: Plan and execute media and PR campaigns to raise brand awareness, build credibility, and drive sales.
  • Special Projects: Lead special strategic communications projects, including co-marketing and co-branding initiatives, partnerships, and events.

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Experience: At least 5 years of experience in marketing and communications roles in international companies with B2C brands, preferably in outdoor/sport fields.
  • Skills: Excellent English language skills, proven marketing and communications expertise, content management for premium brands, ability to work with multi-cultural and multi-functional teams, effective communication and public speaking skills.
