Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Electrical Engineering Manager to join our team at Bottero S.p.A. as the Head of Electrical Engineering and Design. This is a key role that will be responsible for managing electrical design, coordinating the team of Electrical Technicians, and driving innovation forward.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate R&D activities for the electrical part, ensuring the development of innovative and cost-effective solutions.
  • Lead the work team of 8 Electrical Technicians and external design studies, providing guidance and support to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Design and implement electrical systems using Eplan software, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Analyze and study design processes, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to optimize efficiency and productivity.
  • Coordinate relationships with other design teams, testing, budgeting, production scheduling, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation, Mechatronics, Electronics, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in electrical design, with a strong desire for managerial growth and corresponding attitude.
  • Availability for occasional short trips (10% of the time).
  • Proficiency in written and spoken English.
  • Proficiency in design using Eplan software.
  • Previous experience with PLM.
  • Knowledge of industrial network architectures (OT).
  • Good communication skills, teamwork abilities, and personal initiative are required, as well as an aptitude for managing the work of other colleagues.
