Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and coordinate the restaurant service, ensuring seamless execution of daily operations.
  • Lead a team of colleagues to deliver exceptional service to guests, maintaining high standards of quality and attention to detail.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance the guest experience, driving customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Collaborate with the culinary team to create innovative and regionally-inspired menus, showcasing the best of local ingredients and flavors.
  • Oversee the management of restaurant inventory, supplies, and equipment, ensuring efficient use of resources and minimizing waste.
  • Conduct regular quality control checks to ensure consistency and excellence in all aspects of restaurant operations.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers, vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of goods and services.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements, applying this knowledge to drive continuous improvement and innovation in restaurant operations.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a similar role, with a strong track record of success in managing restaurant operations and teams.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team to deliver exceptional results.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify areas for improvement and develop effective solutions.
  • Excellent knowledge of hospitality industry standards, regulations, and best practices.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Fluency in English and German, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
