Job Title: Executive Search Consultant

Hofmann Services, a German-based staffing agency, has been operating in Italy since 2017. We specialize in recruitment and selection, as well as temporary work placement. Job Responsibilities:

• Manage the search and selection of personnel for clients and prospects, particularly for assigned research projects, providing support to companies and candidates throughout the process.
• Promote the best candidates to active clients and prospects, following company procedures and ensuring the privacy of candidates is respected.
• Use available tools, particularly ATS and CRM, to record activities, follow procedures, and adhere to company policies.
• Establish contact with clients and potential clients, promoting the Hofmann Services brand to increase the number of active clients, knowledge of the relevant territories, and active opportunities.
• Identify and define the service needs of active clients and prospects, assess their potential, and prepare commercial offers in line with company policies. Manage the economic negotiation with the company.
• Collaborate proactively and responsibly with colleagues to achieve shared goals.
• Provide regular feedback on the progress of assigned research projects and activities, identifying priorities and critical issues.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or specialist degree.
• Previous experience in permanent recruitment.
• Good familiarity with main IT tools and social media.
• Good knowledge of English.
• Teamwork propensity.
• Communication and organization skills.

Contract Type:

Fixed-term or permanent contract.

Salary Level:

To be determined based on experience.

Working Hours:

Full-time, 09:00-18:00, with a one-hour lunch break; possibility of smart working.
