About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Design Manager to join our team at oilandgas. As a key member of our Energy Transition department, you will be responsible for leading the design and development of compressor stations for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Technical Leadership: Provide technical guidance and oversight to ensure the successful delivery of compressor station design projects.
  2. Client Support: Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide high-level cost and time estimates for compressor station design projects.
  3. Project Management: Work closely with project managers to ensure that quality and deadlines are met for compressor station design projects.
  4. Stakeholder Engagement: Interact with clients and stakeholders to provide technical solutions and layout advice for compressor station design projects.
  5. Knowledge Management: Develop and maintain our knowledge of overall compressor station design, including compressor station components and layout.
About You

We are looking for a highly experienced Design Manager with a strong background in compressor station design and a proven track record of delivering successful projects. You will have a Bachelor, Master, or PhD in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or Process) and a minimum of 10 years of experience in the design and execution of compressor stations.

You will have significant theoretical and practical knowledge of compression, as well as considerable knowledge of compressor station components and layout. You will also have experience working in multidisciplinary projects and strong oral and written skills in English.
