Job Summary
Italdesign is seeking a highly skilled Verification and Validation Performance Engineer to join our Vehicle Validation and Verification department in Turin. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and performance of our vehicles.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive testing strategy and plan to validate vehicle performance
- Perform maturity level tests to confirm planned maturity levels of all vehicle functions
- Ensure timely completion of vehicle functions according to milestones
- Coordinate and track V&V activities for systems and sub-systems
- Prepare and present status reports, including risk analysis and escalation
- Present reports to high-level management
- Develop and present vehicle characteristics reports
- Plan and participate in test drives on management level
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in vehicle testing, validation, or vehicle development
- Experience presenting to management level
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office Package (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Knowledge of Whole Vehicle Development processes
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills in a cross-functional and multi-cultural environment
- Ability to effectively communicate timelines and project progress to management levels
- Ability to work in a cross-functional team
- Persistence and endurance to overcome significant challenges
- Strong presentation skills
- Ability to work to a high level of accuracy and detail
