**Job Responsibilities**

  • Gestire e coordinare tutte le fasi del Progetto relative ai compiti assegnati: dalla realizzazione del Business Blueprint alla realizzazione delle analisi funzionali e tecniche fino alla personalizzazione del sistema e all'esecuzione di test relativi ai processi di Misurazione;
  • Responsabilità per l'avanzamento delle attività, gestione dei punti critici e stime dei tempi di consegna per i compiti assegnati;
  • Gestire attivamente l'integrazione di SAP IS-U con gli altri componenti della mappa delle applicazioni (sia con altri moduli SAP che con altre applicazioni informatiche);
  • Monitorare e/o coordinare il trasferimento di conoscenze e la formazione degli utenti finali;
  • Interagire con il centro di competenza dello sviluppo del Software per l'implementazione di personalizzazioni, predisponendo le specifiche funzionali/tecniche e verificando che siano corrette tramite i test di unità;
  • Gestire, coordinare e formare i profili degli analisti funzionali Junior nel Progetto;
  • Responsabilità nella gestione del budget assegnato.

**Requirements**

  • Esperienza di almeno 5 anni in progetti di implementazione del sistema SAP-IS-U con clienti che operano nel settore Energy Utilities;
  • Conoscenza del Lifecycle dei progetti di implementazione SAP con le relative dinamiche di integrazione con altre applicazioni esterne;
  • Capacità di analizzare e sviluppare funzionalità specifiche, report, forms e workflow;
  • Conoscenza dei processi di calcolo, misurazione e master data, in particolare dei processi di acquisizione/gestione di letture/consumi (moduli DM ed EDM), con integrazione della fatturazione;
  • Conoscenza dei processi nel mercato Utilities e di uno o più settori di riferimento (idrico, elettrico, gas, rifiuti);
  • Capacità analitica e decisionale;
  • Doti di leadership;
  • Eccellente capacità di comunicazione e di lavoro di squadra;
  • Conoscenza parlata e scritta della lingua italiana.
