Business Development Representative

Curtis Media Group is seeking a highly motivated Business Development Representative to join our team in the Piedmont/Triad area and the Triangle. This role involves utilizing a strong background and experience in media, outside sales, or business development to help clients grow their business by reaching our Hispanic listeners with their products and services through radio and digital.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients and prospects to increase sales and revenue.
- Utilize a consultative approach to understand client needs and provide solutions that meet their objectives.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies.
Requirements:
- Self-motivated and able to work independently.
- Coachable and willing to learn and adapt to new situations.
- Bilingual a plus, but not required.
Benefits:
- Earnings potential range from $45K-$75K initially, with the potential of earning six figures.
- 401-K, vacation, and sick days.
