Job Opportunity
The Programme Management Office Specialist will support the Programme Management Office Team in tracking status of programme deliverables and milestones, adopting project lifecycle and deliverables, programme level risk and issue coordination, monitoring project status, and coordinating regular project and programme level reporting cycles.
Your Mission
- Focus on the implementation and execution of internal projects, including the Leading Excellence program.
- Work with the Head of PMO to seek contributions from Program Managers and Finance/HR/Comms Partners.
- Update the repository of templates to support Programs and Projects.
- Attend meetings, prepare and review Steercos and Reviews, and support GLT meetings preparation.
- Follow up on Sciforma, Risks, and lessons learned.
- Implement Sidel's governance standards, Program tracking, and status updates.
- Continue to evolve processes and templates throughout LE.
- Manage communications from the PMO.
- Ensure update of documents in Sharepoint.
- Organise workshops.
Your Profile
- Previous experience as PMO.
- Consulting (Strategy or Operations) background.
- Proficient in use of Excel and Powerpoint.
- Focus in implementation and Execution.
- English.
