Job Title: Sharepoint Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Sharepoint Specialist to join our team at Work & Work Sa. As a Sharepoint Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient handling of document lifecycles, versioning, security, and retention.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Document Management: Design, develop, and customize Sharepoint sites, workflows, and libraries to meet business needs.
  • Intranet Management: Oversee the intranet platform, enhancing knowledge sharing and collaboration across the company.
  • Sharepoint Development: Develop and customize Sharepoint sites, workflows, and libraries to meet business needs.
  • Service & Project Management: Manage IT projects and provide technical support to users on Sharepoint and related Microsoft 365 applications.
  • Governance & Compliance: Implement governance policies to ensure data security and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Management, or related field.
  • Proven experience with Sharepoint Online, including development, administration, and integration.
  • Experience with Microsoft 365 applications (Teams, OneDrive, Power Automate) and workflows.
  • Knowledge of IT service management (ITILv4 certification is a plus).
  • Project management certification (PRINCE2, Agile, or Scrum Master) is an advantage.

Skills and Attributes:

  • Proficiency in Sharepoint Online and Microsoft 365 tools.
  • Familiarity with JavaScript, PowerShell scripting, and UI/UX design.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Advanced English (written and spoken).
