Synergie Italia S.p.a. is seeking a skilled Quality Assurance Engineer for a client operating in the refrigeration sector.

The selected candidate will join a dedicated team reporting to the Quality Manager and will be responsible for managing various quality-related aspects of processes, including:

  • Handling internal non-conformities;
  • Developing control plans and process control sheets;
  • Conducting process audits;
  • Identifying and implementing corrective actions and improvements;
  • Participating in PFMEA activities;
  • Processing data analysis, reporting, and statistics;
  • Collaborating with different company departments: Production, Sales, and Purchasing;
  • Overseeing and managing the quality of external operations.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Technical diploma or degree (Engineering);
  • Experience in Product or Process Quality, preferably in the metalworking industry;
  • Good understanding of mechanical processing and automatic assembly processes;
  • Proficient in English;
  • Familiarity with Lean Production principles is preferred;
  • Willingness to travel occasionally.

Employment Terms:

Direct hiring with a permanent contract under the Metalworking Industry National Collective Labor Agreement.

Working hours: Full-time from Monday to Friday, totaling 40 hours per week.

Compensation will be aligned with the candidate's experience.
