Storm Guard Restoration is a growing exterior remodeling company seeking a talented project manager to join our team.

About the Role

We are looking for a highly organized and skilled project manager to oversee the completion of exterior construction projects. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a passion for customer service, and the ability to lead a team of professionals.

Responsibilities
  • Plan, coordinate, and oversee roofing/siding projects from start to finish, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
  • Monitor project progress, identify and resolve any issues or delays, and make necessary adjustments to meet project goals.
  • Manage and lead a team of roofing/siding professionals, including crew members, subcontractors, and other staff.
  • Provide clear direction, delegate tasks, and ensure the team's understanding of project requirements and safety protocols.
  • Foster a positive work environment, promoting teamwork, professional development, and a commitment to excellence.
Requirements
  • Demonstrated experience in project management or administrative capacity.
  • Experience in roofing/siding/construction industry is highly desired, but looking for a leader first.
  • Strong leadership skills.
  • Coachable team player.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, for interaction with team members, clients, and stakeholders.
