Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Enablement Manager to join our team at Smartness. As a key member of our commercial team, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the effectiveness of our sales teams across Europe.

About the Role:

  • Design and implement structured onboarding and ongoing training programs for our full-cycle account executives.
  • Champion CRM best practices, maintain HubSpot processes, and leverage Gong for sales coaching and continuous improvement.
  • Develop and maintain sales enablement resources, including sales playbooks, scripts, product documentation, and competitive intelligence.
  • Provide targeted one-on-one coaching to account executives using call analytics from Gong and performance data to identify improvement areas.
  • Partner with our Chief Revenue Officer and sales leadership to identify gaps in sales performance and develop targeted enablement solutions.
  • Coordinate closely with Product, Marketing, and Sales Operations teams to align sales enablement efforts with overall company strategies and product updates.
  • Regularly update and optimize training and resources based on market feedback, sales performance, and new product developments.

About You:

  • 5–10+ years combined experience in sales and sales enablement roles.
  • Proven background in B2B SaaS sales environments, ideally serving SMB/micro-business clients.
  • Prior experience in international environments, ideally with a multilingual sales team.
  • Demonstrated track record of creating and delivering effective sales training.
  • Knowledge of hospitality, lodging industry, or dynamic pricing solutions is a significant advantage.
  • Fluency in English and Italian speaking required.
