Job Title: Visual Merchandising Specialist, Retail Marketing, Italy

At Nike, we're looking for a talented Visual Merchandising Specialist to join our Retail Marketing team in Italy. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for creating immersive and engaging visual experiences that drive consumer connection and inspire our customers.

As a Visual Merchandising Specialist, you'll work closely with our store teams, marketing partners, and vendors to develop and execute visual merchandising strategies that align with our business objectives. You'll be responsible for:

  • Developing and implementing visual merchandising plans that drive consumer engagement and sales
  • Collaborating with store teams to ensure seamless execution of visual merchandising strategies
  • Working with marketing partners and vendors to source and procure visual merchandising materials and equipment
  • Providing training and support to store teams on visual merchandising best practices

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in visual merchandising or a related field
  • Proven track record of driving consumer engagement and sales through visual merchandising
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
