Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver outstanding customer service by ensuring all stock items are systematically organized and readily accessible for sales staff.
• Aid in the upkeep of inventory in both the stockroom and on the sales floor.
• Execute operational tasks with precision and efficiency.
• Exhibit adaptability and a desire for personal development in a fast-paced retail setting.
• Work collaboratively with management to devise innovative strategies to enhance individual performance outcomes.
• Carry out all operational processes utilizing available tools and technology effectively.

Required Qualifications:

• Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
• Familiarity with inventory management software.
• Knowledge of proper safety protocols in the stockroom.
• Ability to perform under pressure and thrive in a fast-paced, demanding environment.
• Proficiency in English.
