Marketing Analyst

About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Analyst to join our team at International Flavors & Fragrances. As a Marketing Analyst, you will play a key role in supporting our commercial and marketing teams in generating local category market intelligence and developing marketing materials for customer projects and presentations.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate, update, and share regional/local category market intelligence, including category/country market reviews and tracking new launches.
• Contribute to the development of customer presentations by supplying market intelligence and creating specific slides.
• Support the preparation of presentations, including PowerPoint slides.
• Coordinate customer visits and workshops, and assist with all customer requests, including document requests, sample loading, and dispatching market-related information.

Requirements

• University degree or equivalent, preferably in Marketing.
• At least 1-2 years of experience in development marketing, ideally in the perfume industry.
• Passion for the Fragrance Industry.
• Autonomous, creative, and proactive, with the ability to adapt quickly.
• Excellent teamwork skills and ability to work well with cross-disciplinary teams.
• Customer focus and good interpersonal skills.
• High energy and agility, with the ability to handle high work volumes and pressure.
• Proactive initiative and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in English and Italian languages.
