YOUR FUTURE ROLE
We are seeking dynamic, motivated, and inquisitive individuals to join our Operations Headquarters in Agordo (BL), the birthplace of our company.
As a Senior Process Engineer, you will serve as the key resource for surface modification processes, including barreling and polishing. Your responsibilities will encompass:
- Addressing challenges and implementing enhancements in surface modification processes.
- Developing and executing technological roadmaps for surface modification initiatives.
- Collaborating with suppliers to introduce new processes.
- Actively contributing to the standardization of processes across the global organization.
- Identifying and implementing cost-saving strategies.
- Providing consultancy on surface-related topics to internal and external specialists.
- Supporting improvements and initiatives in surface modification processes.

- A background in Materials or Mechanical Engineering is essential.
