Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our team at CPL&TAYLOR by Synergos srl. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date master data, executing and improving dunning processes, and ensuring timely collection of receivables.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain and update master data to ensure accuracy and consistency
  • Execute and improve dunning processes to minimize outstanding balances
  • Actively contact customers to clarify inquiries and resolve issues
  • Cooperate with external collection agencies to recover outstanding debts
  • Identify opportunities to enhance workflows and eliminate inefficiencies
  • Provide clear and concise information to support informed decision-making
  • Build strong relationships across departments to ensure open and effective communication
Requirements:
  • At least 1 year of experience in AP/AR department
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices
  • US GAAP knowledge is a plus
  • Ability to work in an international team
  • Flexibility and good organization of working time
  • Good written and spoken English and Italian
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
