Key Responsibilities:

You will join the Private Debt Fund Operations team at Tikehau Capital, a leading alternative investment manager. As a Fund Operations Analyst, you will be responsible for:

Performance Monitoring:

  • Contributing to the development of fund performance models and budget monitoring processes;
  • Calculating and controlling Net Asset Values (NAV) in relation to service providers;
  • Supporting investor reporting and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality reports.

Transaction Management:

  • Coordinating the creation of new funds and participating in the execution of transactions;
  • Coordinating fundraising appeals and distributions, ensuring seamless execution and timely completion;

Control and Reporting:

  • Monitoring cash flow and investment capacity, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions;
  • Monitoring investments, including drawings, interest payments, and repayments, to ensure compliance with investment strategies;
  • Maintaining reference bases and performing specific analyses at the request of managers or clients;

Operational Excellence:

  • Selecting and monitoring relationships with service providers, ensuring high-quality service delivery and cost-effectiveness;
  • Coordinating accounting and payments, ensuring accuracy and timeliness;

Team Leadership:

  • Supervising analysts and providing guidance and support to ensure successful team performance;
  • Driving the improvement of tools and processes, ensuring continuous process optimization and efficiency;
  • Facilitating communication between teams and senior management, ensuring seamless collaboration and information sharing.
Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business or Engineering;

At least 5 years of experience in similar functions, preferably in the alternative investment industry;

Fluent English and Italian language skills;
