Dish Machine Operator

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Dish Machine Operator to join our Food and Beverage team at Threeriverscasino. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and sanitation of all dishware, utensils, and equipment.

• Operate and maintain the dish machine to ensure proper sanitation and hygiene standards.
• Collect, clean, and sanitize all dishware, utensils, and equipment in a timely and efficient manner.
• Restock cleaned items to the appropriate areas and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
• Monitor and report any mechanical issues with the dish machine to the supervisor.
• Assist with cleaning and disinfecting the kitchen and surrounding areas as directed.

• Must be able to sit, stand, and/or walk for up to 8 hours.
• Must be able to carry, reach, twist, bend, and squat frequently.
• Must regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 100 pounds with assistance as needed.
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in English.
• Must comply with pre-employment, random, and reasonable suspicion alcohol and drug testing.
• Must receive and maintain a valid gaming license from the CTCLUSI Tribal Gaming Commission.

While performing the duties of this job, Team Members may be exposed to secondhand tobacco smoke, including regular exposure for those working on the casino floor. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate and can occasionally reach a high level for short periods of time.
