Powersoft S.P.A. is a multinational group with over 130 employees, listed on the Italian Stock Exchange. We are the world leader in professional audio solutions, serving big international shows, concerts, theatres, cinemas, stadiums, airports, train stations, and cruises. Our company is expanding, and we are looking for a Project Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will report to a Senior PM and have a clear view of the overall process related to product development. Key responsibilities include managing activities for product improvement and maintenance, ensuring alignment between departments, business expectations, and technical requirements. The PM will act as a continuous reference along the project delivery to meet key targets in terms of project delivery schedule. Key skills and qualifications include an Electronic/Electric Degree, at least 3 years of experience in production companies, knowledge of planning, programming, and control tools, experience with software development, engineering, and production of electromechanical products, and fluent English knowledge. Responsibilities:

  • Support the whole product development process in collaboration with business areas
  • Apply and implement Powersoft project management processes, organisation, and tools
  • Manage project team, people interaction, and task assignment
  • Avoid critical paths into the project plans and take time margins for activities
  • Implement a structured Risk Management Plan
  • Monitor and report the overall project status
  • Collaborate with managers in the preparation and presentation of the work in progress status
  • Schedule meetings with managers and deliberate actions to be taken
  • Respect agreed program constraints (timing, cost, product quality)
Requirements:
  • Electronic/Electric Degree (preferable academic path in digital or power electronics)
  • At least 3 years of experience in the role, inside production companies
  • Knowledge of planning, programming, and control tools
  • Experience with software development, engineering, and production of electromechanical products topics
  • Fluent English knowledge
  • Problem solving, communication, leadership skills
