Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Accounting Transformation Manager to join our Finance Operations team at Vodafone. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving transformation and change initiatives in our accounting processes, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategic initiatives to improve the quality and efficiency of our accounting processes
  • Collaborate with the Finance Planning and Analysis team to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting
  • Work closely with the Shared Service Center to manage and coordinate VOIS-related responsibilities
  • Liaise with internal and external auditors to ensure compliance with SOX certification requirements
  • Support the development and implementation of new systems, processes, and operating models to drive business growth and improvement
Requirements
  • 5+ years of accounting experience, with a focus on transformation and change management
  • Knowledge of accounting and fiscal requirements, as well as transformational programs
  • Fluent English language skills, with Italian language skills a plus
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in business administration, accounting, or finance
