Main Responsibilities:- Design, install, configure, analyze, and maintain servers, systems, storage, and subsystems.
- Collaborate with the Sysadmin team to ensure optimal system performance and timely completion of technical infrastructure projects and operational tasks.
- Apply industry best practices in building Windows environments and resolving complex system issues for both Linux and Windows systems.
- Proficient in VMware virtualization in on-premises and cloud settings, with hands-on experience with provisioning and managing virtual resources in hybrid cloud environments.
- Knowledgeable in VDI and advanced skills in Citrix Workspace, along with system monitoring, backup management, and performance maintenance.
- Exceptional troubleshooting skills and the capacity to visualize and implement necessary technology solutions and infrastructure.
- Adhere to ITIL standard processes for routine tasks and issue resolution, serving as the primary contact for server infrastructure escalations.
- Collaborate with IT infrastructure teams, responsible for documentation and updates as per Project Plan and DC Cloud technology.
- Several years of extensive experience in Windows Server Systems Administration, specifically with Windows Server 2019 and 2022, including proficiency in Windows Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, IIS, and.Net environments.
- Significant experience in VMware virtualization Systems Administration, focusing on ESXi 7 and vCenter 7, including knowledge of vCenter HA, vDS, and vSANs.
- Comprehensive understanding of networking fundamentals.
- Broad knowledge in network design, virtualization, storage solutions, VMware, and firewall protocols.
- Familiarity with Capacity and Performance Management.
- Experience with project management methodologies and tools.
- Strong knowledge in security patch management and vulnerability assessment.
- Exposure to Azure IaaS and PaaS cloud infrastructure technologies is advantageous.
- Strong communication skills, proficiency in English.
- Professional Certifications: Windows Certification (e.g., MCSE) is a plus VMware Certification (e.g., VCP) is highly regarded.
