Mixologist

Armani Hotel Milan, a prestigious 5-star establishment situated in the renowned Milan fashion district, is seeking a skilled Mixologist to become a part of our Food & Beverage Department at Armani/Bamboo Bar.

• Craft and serve a diverse range of wines, spirits, and cocktails from the menu, ensuring precise pouring, mixing, and blending in accordance with established recipes and the esteemed standards of Armani Hotel.
• Engage with guests at the Bamboo Bar, taking orders and providing captivating descriptions of each item’s origin, flavor profile, and preparation techniques; maintain a comprehensive knowledge of liquors, wines, beers, ports, armagnacs, eau de vies, cognacs, and specialty beverages.
• Proactively anticipate guest needs, assess satisfaction levels, and offer recommendations while responding promptly and effectively to any guest inquiries or concerns.
• Responsible for the breakdown, cleaning, and setup of the bar area; diligently follow checklists and execute all aspects of opening and closing procedures.
• Collaborate harmoniously and professionally with colleagues and supervisors; embody the style, practices, culture, terminology, and overarching philosophy of Armani Hotel.
• Foster strong, professional relationships with both internal and external guests, as well as relevant representatives from competing hotels, business partners, and other organizations.
• Participate in training sessions and internal meetings as required.

• Proficient in reading, writing, and speaking English and Italian.
• Previous experience in similar or related roles.
• Exceptional communication and organizational abilities.
• Capable of maintaining composure and confidence under pressure.
