Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service by greeting, acknowledging, and reacting to customer needs.
  • Ensure that products are properly displayed, rotated, and stocked according to planograms.
  • Assist with unloading product from pallets and organizing the stock room.
  • Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, including shelving and cases.
  • Communicate effectively with store directors, department managers, and colleagues to maintain standards and exceed customer expectations.
  • Address customer concerns and resolve issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Contribute to the overall cleanliness of the department by sanitizing, organizing, and cleaning work areas as needed.
  • Meet quality standards, including quantity expectations, and maintain a high level of productivity.
  • Regularly review and adhere to safety policies and procedures, including proper lifting techniques and equipment usage.

Requirements

  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Thorough understanding of safety requirements and company policies.
  • Ability to use equipment such as power jacks, walk-behind lifts, and balers.
  • Physical ability to stand for long periods, work in a cooler, and lift up to 40 pounds occasionally.
