Job Description

Job Title: Execution Performance Manager - Electronic Units

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Execution Performance Manager to join our team at Thales Alenia Space. As an Execution Performance Manager, you will be responsible for managing the relationship with suppliers for the delivery of electronic units, from contract signature to product delivery. This will involve all aspects of contract, technical, performance, planning, and conformity of delivered products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the relationship with suppliers for the delivery of electronic units, ensuring timely and quality delivery of products.
  • Coordinate contract execution surveillance plans, identifying and mitigating risks and opportunities.
  • Lead the relationship with suppliers for all matters related to supplied products, including technical, industrial, planning, quality, and contractual aspects.
  • Manage supplier activities according to the Statement of Work (SOW) and surveillance plan, relying on Thales best practices.
  • Monitor supplier progress status and manage change requests through contractual Change Control Notices (CCNs) with the supplier and in cooperation with the Category Buyer.
  • Coordinate with projects and suppliers performance through formal reviews, ensuring timely and quality delivery of products.
  • Implement actions to detect technical, quality, or planning risks or issues that may impact TAS programs schedule or Cost of Non-Quality.
  • Provide regular technical, planning, risk, and opportunities, costs status and forecast information to internal clients and Central Functions using JV tools (mainly SAP).
  • Manage formal reviews throughout the contract, ensuring exhaustiveness and conformance of deliveries with contractual commitments.
  • Perform supplier performance evaluation according to TAS and JV defined parameters.
  • Responsible for the deployment of corrective and preventive action plans addressing process, product, or component alerts.
  • Conduct risk analysis, supporting TB/CB/Audit team for capability assessment during supplier selection process, and managing continuously updated risk control analysis and related actions during execution.
  • Contribute to the identification of weak signals in coordination with Industry, Engineering, Services, Quality, and Procurement departments.

Requirements:

  • Strong project management skills.
  • Solid technical background in development of electronic units.
  • Positive experience of supplier relationship management.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Strong autonomy, rigor, and transparency.
  • Fast and proactive problem solver.
  • Ability to maintain constructive relationships with both internal and external parties.
  • Wish to contribute to an agile and collaborative operating model.
  • Mobility (regular travels).
