About the Role

The Engineering Manager is a key member of the leadership team, responsible for providing technical and strategic direction to all technological development activities of the production site. This includes studies, proposals, and implementation of factory investment projects to ensure required production and expected standards.

The successful candidate will supervise and ensure the effective operation of the plants, auxiliary services, maintenance, water supply, energy supply, and wastewater treatment, with a focus on efficiency, energy saving, and environmental protection.

Your Responsibilities
  • Ensure the technological level of the factory, existing plants, and new plants.
  • Implement new projects in a timely manner.
  • Test new equipment to ensure its functionality and safety.
  • Collaborate with the Energy and Electrical Manager to develop a plan for implementing energy-efficient strategies and increasing the use of renewable sources.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and internal policies, as well as environmental protection standards.
Requirements
  • Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
  • At least 7 years of experience in a similar position.
  • Good knowledge of health and safety regulations, environmental protection, and ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 standards.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office and SAP.
  • Excellent knowledge of English and Italian.
