Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated Territory Salesperson to join our team at Twiceasnice Recruiting. As a Territory Salesperson, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to increase market share, building relationships with architects and decision-makers, and driving new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute strategies to increase market share
Build relationships with architects and decision-makers to drive new business
Prospect for new clients and nurture existing relationships
Prepare forecasts and action plans to meet market goals
Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities
Participate in trade shows to expand market visibility
Manage sales data and ensure accuracy within CRM systems
Collaborate with internal teams to drive projects to completion

Requirements

Bachelor's degree required
3+ years of commercial construction or architectural sales experience required
Outside sales experience required
Ability to understand and read construction drawings and blueprints required
Proficiency with MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Adobe Acrobat required
Valid driver's license required
Willingness to travel 50% of the time required
