Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Coffee Machine Designer to join our R&D Department. As a Coffee Machine Designer, you will be responsible for designing and developing new and existing coffee machine products. Your key responsibilities will include:
• Mechanical design of coffee machine components, including internal and external parts
• Definition of molds and interface with suppliers for sampling and optimization
• Collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product launches
• Development of product designs that meet customer needs and regulatory requirements
• Utilization of 3D design software, such as AutoCAD and Inventor, to create and edit designs

Key Responsibilities
• Design and develop coffee machine products that meet customer needs and regulatory requirements
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product launches
• Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and manufacturers
• Ensure compliance with company standards and regulations
• Identify and implement opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements

Requirements
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
• 3+ years of experience in mechanical design, preferably in the coffee machine industry
• Proficiency in 3D design software, such as AutoCAD and Inventor
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
