Regional Sales Director

Overview: Our organization is currently seeking a skilled Sales Executive to join their team in the Midwest US area. This position will involve working remotely from a home office, with occasional travel for client meetings and events.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategies for new business acquisition within the manufacturing industry in the territory.
- Build and maintain relationships with prospective customers, utilizing marketing, consulting, and CRO resources.
- Generate, track, and manage sales and account plan information.
- Promote solutions-selling techniques to identify business needs, develop customized solutions, and establish business partners at the C-Suite level.
- Drive the sales cycle from initial customer engagement to closed sales.
- Qualify prospects against criteria for ideal customers and sales.
- Maintain domain knowledge to have meaningful conversations with prospects.
- Make presentations to internal and customer senior leaders and decision-makers.
- Cultivate strong relationships with third-party and partner companies.
Requirements:
- Minimum 6 years of sales experience in consulting services and/or digital IT solutions.
- Minimum 3 years of industry experience working with manufacturing clients.
- Ability to travel up to 40% of the time.
