About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled HSE Coordinator to join our team at McPhy Group. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for ensuring the health, safety, and environmental well-being of our employees, customers, and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of HSE policies, procedures, and programs to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Conduct risk assessments and investigations to identify potential hazards and implement corrective actions to mitigate risks.
  • Develop and deliver training programs to educate employees on HSE best practices and ensure a culture of safety within the organization.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure HSE considerations are integrated into business operations and decision-making processes.
  • Monitor and report on HSE performance metrics and implement improvements to enhance overall HSE performance.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with regulatory bodies, industry associations, and other stakeholders to stay informed on HSE trends and best practices.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in a relevant field, such as environmental science, occupational health, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in HSE roles, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
  • Strong knowledge of HSE regulations, standards, and industry best practices.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and project management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
