About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to join our Program Management Organization of Power Transistor Sub-Group at STMicroelectronics. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating product development projects in complex environments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Define project schedules and identify critical paths to ensure timely completion.
  • Establish and coordinate project CORE teams to ensure effective collaboration.
  • Identify, evaluate, and manage risks to propose preventive measures and support change.
  • Interact with technical functions to provide support in identifying solutions for customers.
  • Prepare and lead project reviews to monitor progress and milestones.
  • Communicate project progress to stakeholders.
  • Identify and manage contingencies, proposing solutions and corrective measures.
  • Ensure project documentation is available and up-to-date.
  • Verify conformity of all deliverables.
  • Close projects and capitalize on knowledge, experience, and best practices.
  • Establish relationships and communication channels with customers and partners.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in business engineering or scientific technologies.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as PMO or Engineering (Electrical/Mechanical engineering preferred).
  • Understanding of project management methods and tools.
  • English business proficiency.
  • Problem-solving skills.
  • Risk management skills.
  • Organizational skills.
  • Knowledge of basic statistics and process capability indicators.
  • Familiarity with Traction Inverter systems is an asset.
  • Experience in managing cross-functional teams is an asset.
  • Strong leadership skills.
  • Negotiation and networking skills.
  • Ability to consolidate information and effective verbal and written communication.
