Key Responsibilities- Lead the engineering team in the development of project deliverables, including engineering specifications, documents, drawings, and calculations.
- Ensure compliance with project objectives, safety standards, and quality plans.
- Coordinate with contractors and vendors to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of engineering services.
- Manage project risks and issues, and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and coordination throughout the project lifecycle.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
- Ensure that all engineering deliverables meet the required standards and are compliant with relevant regulations and codes.
- Provide technical guidance and support to project teams, and ensure that they have the necessary resources and expertise to deliver high-quality results.
- Identify and mitigate potential project risks, and develop contingency plans to ensure project continuity.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and vendors.
- 10-15 years of experience in engineering and project management, with a strong background in oil and gas industry.
- Proven track record of delivering complex engineering projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Strong technical knowledge of engineering principles, practices, and standards.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and direct cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate project risks.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Fluent in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
