Job Summary

Hitachi Zosen Inova AG is seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to join its team. As a key member of the company's project development team, you will be responsible for leading the design and implementation of new plant layouts, ensuring they meet the requirements of the development and sales department and company directives.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Project Design and Implementation: Lead the design and implementation of new plant layouts, ensuring they meet the requirements of the development and sales department and company directives.
  2. Design and Calculation Management: Prepare and update spreadsheets for design and calculations, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  3. Plant Design and Execution: Responsible for the executive and detailed design of plants according to contractual specifications, regulations, authorization, and company directives.
  4. Purchase Specification Management: Define purchase specifications for plant components according to company standards.
  5. Quality Control: Collect and verify conformity certificates for materials, installations, and components.
  6. Documentation Management: Draft the plant use and maintenance manual.
Requirements
  1. Education: Engineering degree or master's degree in mechanical, structural, energetic, or environmental engineering.
  2. Experience: At least 5 years of experience in a comparable function in the energy, environmental technology, renewable energies, or similar industry.
  3. Interdisciplinary Team Experience: Experience working in inter-disciplinary project teams.
  4. Engineering Skills: Experience with engineering details, including mechanical layouts, fluid dynamics, materials, piping, and sensors.
  5. Technical Skills: Good user knowledge of engineering tools, such as P&IDs, AutoCad, Revit/Inventor, and MS Office (Word, Excel).
  6. Language Skills: Italian (mother language), English B2+, and additional languages such as German or French.
  7. Soft Skills: Reliability, accountability, problem-solving skills, and ability to consider complex multidisciplinary aspects of problems.
