Position Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated Associate with a background in the labour law sector, preferably from a prominent international or Italian law firm, or a specialized national boutique firm. The ideal candidate will possess substantial knowledge in litigation processes before Italian labour Courts and provide corporate support during M&A transactions. Experience in advisory roles covering various aspects of labour law, including collective dismissals, transfer of undertakings, and senior management employment relationships, will be advantageous, particularly if acquired through international clientele.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in providing comprehensive advice to clients on all facets of Italian labour law.
  • Support clients in litigation matters before Italian labour Courts.
  • Contribute to corporate support during M&A activities.
  • Mentor and train interns and trainees.

Key Requirements:

  • Law degree with outstanding academic achievements.
  • Qualified Avvocato in Italy.
  • 1-3 years of post-qualification experience in the labour law department of a leading international or national law firm, or a national boutique firm specializing in labour law.
  • Proven track record of experience with leading international or national law firms, or specialized national boutique firms.
  • Strong expertise in corporate assistance.
  • Proficient in advising clients on litigation proceedings before Italian labour Courts.
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
  • Able to collaborate effectively within a team environment.
  • Committed to delivering exceptional service to clients.
  • Proactive in business development and knowledge sharing initiatives.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
