Job Summary

The candidate in the Wholesale Banking Operations team will support, as stageur, the activities related to, Reconciliations (Payments, Collections, Tax Payments, Loans, TFS) and related Investigations.

In addition, He/She will support the FO Teams in other daily activities (Audit Certificate or checks on signs and PoA for Lending, Energy, REF, PCM, Client Service).

Key Responsibilities

  • Support in balance checking activities
  • Reconciliation of Nostro, suspense and Bank of Italy account
  • Investigation on issues related to payments and collections
  • Support in processing initial checks on manual payments in accordance with Local Manual Payments Procedure
  • Signature verification on legal documentation upon Front Office request (Clients and Products)
  • Supporting local and group projects

Requirements

  • University degree
  • Good knowledge of the English language (written and spoken)
  • Accurate with numbers
  • Proactive, self-starter and execution driven
  • Problem solving attitude
  • A team player
  • With good interpersonal skills
  • Well organized and capable to assign priorities and cope with a tight deadlines' environment
