**About the Role**
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated ERP Application Support Specialist to join our Group IT Team at DAB Pumps. As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for providing expert support and guidance on our ERP system.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Provide timely and effective incident resolution to ticket-based issues, IT projects, and strategic initiatives;
- Perform assigned processes to meet daily finance activities, ensuring accuracy and efficiency;
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and business processes;
- Develop and deliver training programs to internal users on finance processes, tools, and best practices;
- Assist in managing finance projects, including system upgrades, implementations, and enhancements, ensuring successful completion within agreed timelines and budgets;
- Conduct analysis of existing business practices and map those practices and procedures to the existing functionality within the ERP system.
**Requirements**
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite;
- Excellent knowledge of English, both written and spoken;
- Basic knowledge of finance processes;
- Knowledge of ERP system is a plus;
- Ability to learn quickly and handle multiple tasks simultaneously, maintain focus, and adapt to various challenges;
- Flexible attitude with respect to work assignments and new learning;
- Strong interpersonal, collaboration, and communication skills;
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
