About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chef de Partie to join our team at Dolce&Gabbana Martini Bar in Milan. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of food preparation and presentation, in line with our company's philosophy and culture.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement work schemes to ensure efficient food preparation and presentation.
  • Collaborate with the culinary team to maintain high-quality food and service standards.
  • Follow established guidelines and working methods to ensure consistency and excellence.
  • Supervise and guide junior team members to ensure they respect procedures and maintain high standards.
  • Prepare and present dishes to the highest standards, ensuring attention to detail and presentation.
  • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to HACCP procedures.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of food and beverage, with a focus on luxury cuisine.
  • Self-motivation, positive attitude, and a professional approach.
  • Ability to work under pressure and maintain a high level of stress tolerance.
  • Strong team player with excellent communication skills.
