**Job Summary**
We are seeking a highly experienced Chief Financial Officer to join our team at ACTIA ITALIA. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the company's financial operations, ensuring compliance with local laws and regulations, and driving strategic growth.
Key Responsibilities
- **Financial Leadership**: Supervise the daily activities of the company's administration and finance area, including accounting, finance, and controlling services.
- **Financial Planning**: Design, improve, and update the organization, processes, and tools of the company's accounting, finance, and controlling services, as well as its French subsidiary.
- **Fiscal Management**: Manage all fiscal activities and issues, ensuring compliance with local laws and regulations.
- **Financial Reporting**: Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of financial statements, reports, and tax declarations.
- **Risk Management**: Identify and mitigate financial risks, ensuring the company's financial stability and security.
- **Strategic Growth**: Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement strategic plans for financial growth and expansion.
- **Transfer Pricing**: Define, review, and apply international and group transfer pricing principles and rules, ensuring their periodic calculation and accuracy.
- **Team Management**: Supervise and manage the resources of the accounting, finance, and controlling bodies, ensuring effective team performance and development.
Requirements
- **Education**: Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business administration, management engineering, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- **Experience**: Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in finance and accounting roles, with at least 5 years in a leadership position, in international and modernly organized corporate contexts.
- **Knowledge**: In-depth knowledge of GAAP and IFRS accounting principles, tax regulations, and tax obligations, VAT, Customs, and experience in dealing with tax and customs administration.
- **Skills**: Strong analytical ability, sensitivity to detail, and precision of results or work performed. Strong problem-solving ability, accompanied by a practical sense and availability to make practical activities. Smart and proactive approach to work, ethics, and credibility, a strong results orientation, excellent communication skills.
- **Language**: Excellent knowledge of English.
- **Availability**: Availability for periodic trips.
