We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Travelling Retail Operations Manager to join our team at Tn Italy. As a key member of our retail operations team, you will be responsible for leading the day-to-day operations of our onboard shops, driving sales growth, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a team of retail attendants, specialists, and supervisors to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
  • Develop and implement effective retail strategies to drive sales growth and improve customer engagement.
  • Manage and maintain high-quality visual merchandising standards across all onboard shops.
  • Collaborate with the Sales Director and Costa Shop Manager to oversee high-volume shop operations and ensure seamless execution of sales and marketing initiatives.
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to inform business decisions and optimize retail operations.
  • Ensure compliance with international customs regulations and onboard activities.
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of retail team members.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in retail management, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth and improving customer satisfaction.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment.
  • B2 level of English, with knowledge of other languages a plus.
