Position Overview
Our client, a prominent Financial Services Group, is seeking a skilled Fund Accountant to enhance their Fund Administration team. The successful candidate will possess a solid background in accounting and finance, along with expertise in Fund Administration Software. This role is ideal for individuals who are innovative thinkers and thrive in a dynamic international environment.

Main Responsibilities
  • Establishing Funds in Fundcount according to the Fund Offering Memorandum and Agreements.
  • Executing all responsibilities of Registrar and Transfer Agent.
  • Managing investments, expenses, and bank transactions to maintain accurate Fund accounting records.
  • Generating periodic NAV statements for Investors.
  • Compiling all necessary reports for regulatory compliance.
  • Assisting Fund Managers and external stakeholders with Fund Administration data.
  • Providing training to junior staff on the Company’s methodologies and Fundcount Software.
  • Collaborating with the CEO and CFO on various Fund Administration initiatives.
Candidate Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
  • ACCA or equivalent certification is advantageous.
  • Proficiency in Fundcount Software is essential.
  • Experience in accounting for diverse entities, including private equity and hedge funds.
  • Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Excellent command of English; knowledge of Greek is a plus.
  • Exceptional communication and organizational abilities.
  • Capacity to work independently, learn quickly, and adapt to new challenges.
  • Adept at multitasking and prioritizing responsibilities.
  • Professional appearance, trustworthy, and punctual.
  • Creative problem-solver with a proactive mindset.
