About the Role:

Sidel is seeking a highly skilled CTO Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our engineering department, you will be responsible for executing engineering activities for customer projects, ensuring timely and budget-friendly delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead engineering activities for customer projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet project objectives.
  2. Develop and maintain Technical Bills of Material (TBOM), including mechanical, electrical, software, and HMI components, as well as perso parts and technical documentation.
  3. Work closely with Planners and Engineering to ensure timely ordering (ETO) and secure complete engineering deliverables.
  4. Oversee quality assurance, identifying and addressing non-conformities, and implementing corrective actions.
  5. Manage and maintain the Configure to Order (CTO) database, ensuring alignment with engineering evolution, including configuration maps, PP materials, layouts, and documentation masters.
  6. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives, driving innovation and process enhancements.
  7. Maintain a strong focus on regulatory compliance and safety standards.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree in mechanical or electrical engineering.
  2. Proven knowledge of Sidel's product platform and BOM structure.
  3. Familiarity with Configure to Order processes and tools.
  4. Understanding of standardization and modularity approaches.
  5. Fluent English language skills.
  6. Experience with SAP, PLM, SOLIDWORKS, and AutoCAD.
