Your Role

As a Senior Rotating Equipment Engineer, you will be responsible for reviewing client technical documentation and requirements, controlling subcontracted discipline engineering documents, and defining engineering requirements. You will also prepare technical documentation for rotating equipment requisition and perform technical evaluations of supplier's offers.

Your Responsibilities

  • Review client technical documentation and requirements
  • Control subcontracted discipline engineering documents
  • Define engineering requirements
  • Prepare technical documentation for rotating equipment requisition
  • Perform technical evaluations of supplier's offers
  • Provide technical support to project teams
  • Optimize machine systems to ensure minimal cost and simplification in compliance with required performance
  • Implement machine detail design on P&IDs
  • Prepare equipment lists
  • Prepare load lists
  • Prepare rotating equipment data sheets (e.g. pumps, fans, blowers, compressors, agitators, etc.)
  • Prepare electric motor data sheets
  • Implement detail engineering activities

Your Profile

We are looking for a candidate with a university degree or diploma in a relevant discipline or equivalent. You should have knowledge of international standards in the O&G industry, such as EN, ISO, API, ASME, ANSI, IEC, IEEE, NEMA, ATEX, etc. Relevant experience in construction/modernization of oil & gas/industrial sector/EPC projects is required, as well as at least 6 years of experience in the specific discipline. You should also have experience working on the contractor or vendor side.
