As a Planning Specialist, you will be part of a team that is helping transform the world around us.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Contributing to the definition of operational strategies and the implementation of plans that improve efficiency and productivity in the low and medium voltage business.
- Developing and implementing short- and long-term operational plans.
- Coordinating and collaborating with various departments to collect data and information necessary for planning.
- Monitoring and analyzing progress against established plans, identifying any discrepancies and proposing corrective solutions.
- Optimizing the use of company resources to ensure maximum efficiency.
- Preparing detailed reports and presentations on the progress of planned activities.
- Identifying and assessing risks and opportunities related to operational planning.
- Using planning software and tools to improve the accuracy and effectiveness of plans.
- Participating in strategy meetings and providing input based on data analysis.
- Training and supporting staff in the use of planning tools and methodologies.
- Maintaining clear and constant communication with all levels of the organization, stimulating coordination between functions including through regular meetings with production, logistics, and procurement teams to ensure strategic and operational alignment.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A degree in Management Engineering, Economics, Logistics or a related field.
- Previous experience of 2/3 years in a similar position.
- Excellent knowledge of supply chain management principles and operational planning.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a focus on building effective and collaborative working relationships at all levels of the organization.
- Excellent knowledge of resource planning and management software (SAP).
- Strong communication skills.
- Advanced knowledge of Excel and other data analysis tools.
- Ability to adapt and be flexible in a dynamic working environment.
- Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
