About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Industrial Designer to join our growing design and user experience team at Dolmen. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in developing revolutionary products that shape the future of transportation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead design on multiple product programs from concept to launch, ensuring seamless execution and timely delivery.
  • Contribute to various design initiatives, including design language exploration and new technology development, to drive innovation and growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners to shape category-defining products through exceptional user experience.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Design or equivalent experience.
  • Over 8 years of experience in delivering complex products, such as automotive, consumer electronics, or technical furniture.
  • Proven track record of leading multiple design projects and successfully launching complex products.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to work closely with cross-functional partners.
  • Hands-on experience with physical prototyping, 2D and 3D visualization, and 3D CAD modeling.
  • Deep understanding of human factors and user-centered design principles.
