The Apprenticeship Program Coordinator is an integral member of the Italian Apprenticeship Team, playing a vital role in the organization and execution of the apprenticeship program nationwide.


This dynamic position engages with various facets of the business, requiring a readiness to absorb information rapidly and effectively.

This role is ideal for individuals eager to grow, who possess strong organizational skills, meticulous attention to detail, and a knack for managing data and budgets while collaborating with both internal and external stakeholders.

The position reports directly to the Country Apprenticeship Program Manager.


Key Responsibilities

  • Assist Operations departments with apprenticeship initiatives.
  • Monitor apprentices' progress and program metrics using both internal and external tools.
  • Collaborate with a diverse range of stakeholders, both within the organization and externally.
  • Facilitate the apprenticeship program by managing and tracking all associated expenses.
  • Oversee communication efforts directed towards apprentices.
  • Support recruitment and marketing endeavors, including participation in events and job fairs.
  • Coordinate and plan apprenticeship graduation ceremonies.
  • Develop a newsletter to disseminate information and celebrate achievements across all programs.
  • Establish and maintain the Apprenticeship Wiki.
  • Create and update program handbooks.
Basic Qualifications

  • Proficient in computer operations.
  • Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Outlook.
  • Fluent in both the local language and English, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
