Job Responsibilities
  • Establish and maintain accurate financial records and reports.
  • Improve data accuracy and efficiency in our inventory and aged balance management.
  • Provide operational support on daily tasks, including AR and AP follow-up.
  • Develop and implement process improvements and automation.
  • Support business growth and improvement initiatives, including:
    • Ad-hoc analysis of specific P&L or Balance Sheet lines.
    • Identification of areas for improvement.
    • Development of action plans and follow-up.
    • Implementation of KPIs.
    • Additional tasks requested by the BU Manager.
Requirements

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional with a Master's degree and at least 1 year of experience in a finance department. The ideal candidate will have:

  • Accounting expertise.
  • Fluency in Italian and French languages.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
  • Data analysis capabilities.
