About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Environmental Sustainability Manager to join our team at Bunge Iberica Sa. As an Environmental Sustainability Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring the company's environmental management system is effective and compliant with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement environmental standards and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct environmental risk assessments and develop strategies to mitigate potential environmental impacts.
  • Monitor and report on environmental performance metrics, including greenhouse gas emissions and waste management.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sustainable practices and initiatives.
  • Provide training and support to employees on environmental policies and procedures.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with regulatory agencies and stakeholders to ensure compliance and effective communication.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in environmental management or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of environmental regulations and standards, including ISO 14001.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
