About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Spare Parts Engineer to join our team at Alpitronic. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining our spare parts inventory.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop new spare parts to meet technical specifications and quality standards
- Maintain and update existing spare parts inventory, including implementing end-of-life strategies for discontinued materials and assemblies
- Develop and maintain technical drawings, specifications, and manuals to ensure compliance with relevant standards and regulations
- Optimize spare parts costs and ensure efficient use of resources
- Identify and resolve issues related to spare parts and inventory to enhance product quality and reliability
Requirements
- Completed studies in mechanical or electrical engineering or a comparable qualification
- Professional experience in spare parts management, preferably in an industrial environment
- Advanced knowledge of ERP systems, particularly BOM handling
- Proficiency in CAD software and technical drawings, with strong knowledge of specifications, materials science, manufacturing, and quality control methods
- Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks effectively, and identify technical problems with a solution-oriented approach
- Good communication skills and fluency in spoken and written business English
