About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Procurement Operations Intern at The Kraft Heinz Company. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or bachelor/master student to gain hands-on experience in procurement operations and contribute to the success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the daily procurement activities, including sourcing, purchasing, and logistics coordination.
  • Collaborate with the procurement team to resolve raw and pack material issues, new vendor creation, and invoice pending and contract mistakes.
  • Contribute to project development by identifying procurement opportunities and developing strategic plans.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including procurement, logistics, and operations teams.

Requirements

  • EU Working Permit (Orientation Year Visa not included)
  • Education: Master/Bachelor degree in Industrial Engineering or related field
  • Strong MS Office skills, with a great command of Excel and basic knowledge of programming
  • Fluent in English and Italian
